SketchHD: Telestration and Graphics Playout
SketchHD™ is a touchscreen menu driven telestration application providing rapid operator familiarization and workflow integration due to it's simplified user interface that operators of legacy analog systems are accustomed with. SketchHD is capable of operating in most common broadcast formats and frame rates in both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios. SketchHD provides both fill and key outputs, in association with preview w/overlay to the remote touchscreen/operator location.
SketchHD is based on "open profiles" employing Video I/O and industry standard hardware profiles. This provides SketchHD the ability to run alternate applications as the remote production workflow requires by simply transferring software enabling devices. These standard hardware profiles allows the SketchHD platform to run other application such as Chyron Lyric™ and Ventuz™ based FoxBox applications in case of remote on-site dedicated system hardware failures.
HD/SD Telestrator
SketchHD™ is the integrated touchscreen telestrator designed for Windows 7. SketchHD™ provides simple operation and workflow integration due to its intuitive user interface. Perfect for operators familiar with legacy analog telestration systems.
The touchscreen can be used with finger or stylus control of line thickness, color, and features such as a spotlight.
SketchHD™ supports most common formats and frame rates in both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios.
SketchHD™ has SD/HD - SDI IN and SD/HD - SDI Key and Fill OUTPUTS, featuring instant clear and quick change color and brush size buttons at the touchscreen/operator location, satisfying the most demanding technical and talent requirements.
Integrated monitor switching changes the screen instantly between the Windows Desktop and the SketchHD™ on the built-in touchscreen.
SketchHD™ can also be operated remotely via HDMI and USB for large format touchscreens. Thus providing telestration tools for in-studio solutions such as news, sports, and elections.
